INGREDIENTS
5 x 53g Mars bars, coarsely chopped
50g butter
60ml (1/4 cup) golden syrup
140g (4 cups) rice bubbles
200g milk chocolate, melted
3 x 53g Mars bars, extra, thinly sliced
How to Make It
Lightly grease and line the base and 2 long sides of a 20cm x 30cm (base measurement) slice pan with baking paper allowing the sides to overhang.
Step 2
Stir the chopped Mars bars, butter and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the rice bubbles. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth the surface.
Step 3
Spread the milk chocolate over the slice. Smooth surface. Top with sliced Mars bars. Place in fridge for 2 hours or until set. Cut into pieces
